I think one star accurately depicts Susan Dorroh’s professionalism throughout the process of us buying this home. First, I had several questions about the home so I asked our agent to get in contact with the sellers agent Susan Dorroh to get me the answers. Several questions were never responded to from Susan after several attempts by our agent to get those answers. The final question it took Susan a day to respond after several attempts by our agent to get the answer.On the day of closing I did my walk-through with our agent and the sellers were still there who told our agent that the keys were at the title company. After the walk-through we went to the title company to close. Filled out the paperwork and then asked for the keys but the keys weren’t there. My agent called Susan and she still had the keys and said that she would drop the keys off underneath the mat that day or the next. Four days later we still do not have the keys and Susan‘s response to our agent was that she was out of town and put the key in a lock box so if we wanted to go and pick it up we could. At that point my wife and I were completely fed up with Susan and had our agent picked up the key to be done with her. Clearly throughout this process she showed pretty much zero professionalism towards us, a lack of respect to our agent and low character. Two thumbs down for Susan Dorroh.
